Amazing customer service and great product. I actually prefer the design of their valves over the Spectra valves due to ease of removal from the flanges. They are also quick to respond and make things right if any issues.
I bought this for my wife so she didn’t have to wash pump parts every 3 hours. It works great. She has a Medela Symphony, and the included tubing was not compatible. We reached out to the seller who has now sent a replacement set of tubing, free of charge. 5 stars around.
