The lifespan of the replacement parts largely depends on how frequently they are used and the level of suction power selected by the user. The more intensive the usage and suction levels, the more often these parts will need to be replaced. Among the silicone parts, valves have the shortest lifespan, followed by membranes, with silicone flanges lasting the longest. These silicone components are crucial as they directly impact suction and seal quality. If users experience noticeable suction loss or reduction, it’s an indication that replacement is needed. Checking for wear every month is a practical approach to ensure optimal performance.

Hard plastic parts like collectors and caps are generally more durable unless damaged by external force. When sterilization is limited to steaming rather than using UV sterilizers, these parts should remain functional for at least two months, potentially even longer

This occurs when mothers produce an abundant amount of milk within a short time frame. The milk flows so quickly that it isn't able to be efficiently drawn into the collector when the pump releases suction. This situation could happen more frequently when using collection cups since the space to hold all the parts is far smaller than a regular breast shield+bottle set up.

In such cases, mothers need to pause, clean up the overflow, and then resume pumping. For those who produce excess milk, it's recommended to choose slower pumping cycles and reduce the suction level on the device. This approach allows the milk to flow at a more manageable pace, giving it adequate time to be expressed effectively. She can also start by extracting a certain amount of milk manually with her hands. Once the flow decreases, she switches to using a pump.

Clean the washable parts with the following procedure. Refer to the instructions enclosed with our products.

When you are done pumping, do not turn off the pump right away. Let the pump keep running for 30 seconds. Lean forward until all milk in the flange tunnel enters the milk collector. The suction will push residual milk in the membrane into the collector, so no milk is wasted.

Our breast pump parts are registered with the U.S. FDA as Class II medical devices and are developed and manufactured under FDA quality system requirements. From product design and manufacturing to distribution and quality control, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, consistency, and reliability.

Since our products come into contact with breast milk intended for babies, we take safety seriously. Made in Taiwan from food-grade materials, our products comply with FDA food-contact material requirements. They are made of BPA-free materials, and undergo regular testing by independent laboratories. Every product reflects our commitment to helping parents pump with confidence.
